Dr. Jason A. BUlgin, Sr.
Senior Pastor
Dr. Jason Bulgin, Sr is a native of Toronto, Canada, and the second child and only son born to the late Pastor Joseph and Patricia Bulgin. He is an influential mentor, guiding and shaping the lives of many, and a trendsetter for his generation. Dr. Bulgin is a servant leader, innovative strategist, author, teacher, and dynamic speaker.

This dynamic Woman of God is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and the daughter of the late Bishop J. Delano Ellis and Dr. Sabrina J. Ellis. Affectionately known as “Lady Jess,” she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and has a Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
