CAPITOL CITY DREAM TEAM ROLES
CONNECTIONS DEPARTMENT:
Parking Team: This team has the opportunity to be the first impression our attendees experience upon arrival. They are friendly, energetic and greet people with a smile.
Greeters: This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at Capitol City. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
Welcome Center: This team connects guests to the Church community, providing information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities and services at Capitol City.
Ushers: These men and women prepare people for a positive worship experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
Online Hosts: This team has the opportunity to welcome and engage with those attending our online campus, providing encouragement and ways to further connect with us here at Capitol City Church during our live broadcast via YouTube and Facebook.
CAP CITY CHILDREN’S DEPARTMENT (Background Check Required)
Cap City Kids: This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. Through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greetings, games, hands-on activities, and personal interactions.
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT (Must be proficient In Computer / Tech Operations):
Visual & Lighting: What we see helps connect what we hear to our hearts and atmosphere matters. This team engages, enables and empowers participation during our worship experiences. Through the display of lyrics, liturgy, lighting and visual effects, they aim to create a high quality, distraction free environment that supports the vision of Capitol City Church.
